The Leash of Favor

Overview

Ars, mate of Goetia. Known as ‘The Leash of Favor’. A cunning individual who takes when their beloved gives. Ars claims to be descendant from the fallen city Necropse, the only truth to the statement being their fluency in Elder Dragstongue. Together with their mate did the two organize a legion of new gods under their command, to give the gift of language and a new era. In return, they took peace with them, damning the planet to never not once truly unite as one. Neither saw the act as cruel, for they had only ensured a cycle of life, a cycle of death, a cycle of violence continued.
The two together would lead their legion, indeed ushering in an new age. And with their cunning intelligence despite the curious lack of a hip spur, would aid in politics and the shaping of new governments. Though, Ars would always offer favor. Their cunning tongue and keen senses knew of whom to offer, and who in turn to tangle within their leash. Ars ensured that never again or since did any of dragomiian kind stand to the equal of Ars and Goetia. Ars, blinded in The Howling relied solely on Goetia. Following their mate Ars issued in the laws, often making sure that no repeating of the Sable’sa sins were committed. And curiously, following the ushering in of The First Era, if any were to lead the new legion of gods. It would be Ars. Whose undeniable authority reigned supreme. And it is exceedingly unclear if The Leash of Favor’s lash still dictates the actions of their Legion.
Their death were not seen. No body was found. It is unclear if Ars still draws breath.

The First Era

After The Howling. Ars and Goetia thinking low of the dragomiian hordes left. Leaving them to flounder around and struggle. It was only towards the end of the era did Ars and Goetia return, dictating one of their first laws before disappearing again. Born Equal as Animal: Dictation issued by Ars. Edited by Goetia.

The Second Era

One of the most consequential dictations issued by Ars. After an attempt was made on their life with a prototype gun. The act failed and in return a law was written into the bones of their kind. Upon Weapons: Dictation issued by Ars. Edited by Goetia.. A banning of long ranged weapons and guns. Sparing those of Liderea their craft as their bows are unwieldy and do require talent.
