Overview

The lack of head makes it look dead. It acts unbothered when hurt. It seems unhuntable to avoid predation. For the monolith does not flinch when hurt and it looks like its missing a head, appears to be a gaping wound. But that is merely a trick of evolution. While bone is exposed, the red flesh is a trick of special calcification. Making it look like its lost something, instead of never having it in the first place.

They eat through the exposed and gaping maw that lines their throat. Sweeping their neck over plants and occasionally, larger beasts like Walkers to feed.

Giraffe’s as a whole lack heads, and are heartless creatures. No organ pumps their blood but the movement of their limbs. Occasionally, the four major exposed arteries bleed, though that is mainly waste disposal and heat management.

They are seen as bad omen.
