Klinth’jjikka

Overview

An ancient species. Aquatic wyrm that has long since lost the signature headcage of a wyrm. Sleek greyish blue with a pale white underbelly. Its four sectioned head is capable of pulling back its lips to the extreme. Giving it the signature sneer. Yellow eyes oft startle those looking into dark water. The gills run all the way down to the first pair of flippers. Of which it has three pairs. Gliding and dancing through water and sometimes flopping up onto the ice where they are defenseless.
The Klinth’jjikka commonly move in pairs and hunt smaller fish. Able to dive deep into the freezing cold oceans of Northern Conferus. Pudgy and sleek they can weather the worst of the cold.

Temperment

Not much is known. They are Very intelligent creatures however. Going out of their way to play with research drones or act nice and friendly as a way to lure researchers to their doom. Playfully spinning and or rolling around on ice shelves, slapping their bellies and or making ‘hugging’ gestures. To only then drag the unfortunate yet foolish soul into the water to be killed and consumed.

Life Cycle

Klinth’jjikka whelps have yet to be seen by researchers. The youngest Klinth’jjikka ever found appeared to be recently matured. Though it is known that the pairs that travel are typically mating pairs bonded for life.
