“How The Mighty Shall Frolic, How The Mighty Shall Fall.”

Bloodsport, Frenski is a Dangerous game. While death matches are fairly rare, accidental death is common. The goal of the game is simple, down your opponent. The tool of the sport is the Nski. A metal disk with several blades of varying sizes lining its sides and one gap where it can be held in the mouth. This Nski is thrown back and forth between usually two dragomii. Both wearing minimal armor coating the most important bits. Noses, eyes, neck, catching hand/arm, and groin. The other hand is tied behind their backs to create one armed fighters. Catching the Nski in hand or mouth is expected. One must look for a good opening to grab or deflect the disk. Otherwise they shall be slashed or stabbed. Matches are very fast paced and brutal. The dueling are low in a pit, a chain net above keeps onlookers safe. Fighters will fight until they cannot anymore. Lost fingers, ears, tongues, teeth, and other tidbits are common. And often they are taken as trophies by the one who cut them off. Likewise, many Fre will hang and display their trophies on the ties constraining an arm to their back. These will mainly be tournament won trophies of simple cloth, but some like to flaunt the trophies of their kindred upon their bodies. Hanging fingers, teeth, and ears most oft from their equipment in a kind of psychological warfare.

Hardcore Fre’s (Frenski Players) may choose to dock their lips. Instead of having the Nski tear up their face, they do it themselves. Sacrificing their ability to properly communicate with the rest of their kind simply for the love of the game. These Fre are known to be exceptionally great at Frenski, known to be exceedingly dangerous when playing. Oft managing trickthrows that bypass the throat armor and decapitate their opponent. Both to achieve the even higher adrenaline rush that comes with seeing that brilliant spray of red, and to terrify incoming opponents.
