The Mother Mountainists started out small. A cult following around one central figure, Mountain Mama. Diaspora from Kajir and refugees from illegal
mining and industrial complexes grouped together as their homes were fled and razed. The diaspora fled Kajir to escape conscription and looming war,
ending up in Arkhan for a hope of a peaceful life. They settled in a grove but that peace was shattered by an Imperialist group: Scza-flennac. Who
slaughtered them and pushed them out of their new homes. Killing all of Mountain Mama’s children in the process. As they expanded and worked in tandem
with illegal mining and industrial complexes, they displaced more refugees. Settling back down in the ruined husk of the grove the diaspora had moved too,
did the diaspora and refugees alike chose to follow the strongest among them. Mama.
Without their own ability to truly fight, they relied on Mountain Mama for protection. Watching her fend off imperialists and industrialists was magnificent.
The diaspora were strengthened in their conviction to follow her. And the refugees were inspired to learn her foreign tongue and follow in her footsteps. They
however, were a hurt bunch. They did not understand why Mama did not raze everything to the ground, misunderstanding mercy paired with innocence for Mama leaving
them quarry to hunt. And so did the growing cult begin to hunt and terrorize legal industrial companies. Alongside any imperialists they came across. Their anger
was raw and their actions were fueled by spite and hate. This grew a divide between Mama and her followers. The diaspora too were unnerved by the anger of the
growing cult. But chose to say nothing as they were helpful fools.
So far, The Mountainists have taken back a huge swath of land and Mama has executed Scza-flennac. She rarely returns to the settlement of Chnd-Ndchir. Tired of the
zelots who follow in her wake. While the Mountainists do do some good. Taking care of imperialist startups and ending illegal industrial campaigns. They wreck
havoc on legal companies and make startups in Arkhan uneasy and unsafe. Hate and Anger are fine fuels for pyre, and with so much to pass around the flames grow
too high and too hot. Those of Chnd-Ndchir are fine fighters and with specialized weaponry they can push back most armies. But cannot fend off the official Arkhan
Military, and thus cannot fight against Verschwörer.
The official language of the Mountainists/Chnd-Ndchir is Tzair or Maligned Kajir. A dialect of Tz-kkir spoken by a select few in Kajir and now Arkhan.
It's a secretive language, making it hard to decipher given just what little information about it that exists.
