With a fluid and free and ever yet paradoxical strict system of work in cities. With niches like no other out in the frontiers of Sertha and a sophont eternal. One may wonder what occupation an animal like a dragomii may take.

Many is the answer. Some may be permanent positions but many are open to leave and join on a whim. Dragomii do not work for money, they work to keep society functioning. Laziness and incompetence mean people could get hurt. Not that they get written up or have pay docked.

Competition is reserved for sports, not for businesses. Dragomii work so that their way of life can be sustained, they work not to live paycheck to paycheck. But to make sure there is always someone ready to do what another doesn’t want to do. So that they all can take breaks years long, for passion is their drive. Not survival. Teamwork keeps them all alive, competition and petty dispute kills them all.
